This routine requires 3 workout days per week based on an every other day schedule, about 30 - 90 minutes per workout.

For beginners, this can be done at home or in the gym.  If you are working out at home, there are choices for which exercises to use, based on availability of equipment.  This workout provides a good transition the first, second and third weeks.  Starting the fourth week, this routine picks up very quickly.
